What a parent should know

This page exists to be read in two minutes, before handing over the device.

What is not on this site

• No accounts. No name, no email address, no date of birth is asked for. There is nothing to create.
• No purchases. No payments, no virtual currency, no content to unlock. A child cannot spend anything here.
• No chat. No messages, no forum, no public usernames. No contact with a stranger is possible.
• No advertising. No banners, no videos, no sponsored links, as of today.
• No gambling. Nothing is wagered, nothing is won.
• No sound. Nothing on the site makes noise, not even the memory game: it is played by eye.
• No tracking. No analytics script, no request to a third-party server.

The daily challenge, without pressure

Each game offers a daily puzzle, and a “streak” counts the consecutive days on which your child has completed at least one. There are no notifications, no reminders, no emails, and no leaderboard: the streak is a number in the browser, visible only to you. Breaking it has no consequence, and “free play” mode remains unlimited.

What the games actually ask for

Logic and observation, not reflexes under pressure. No game has a forced timer: not the maze, not the pipes, not the flood. Sequence asks for memory, but nothing ends because time runs out—only because of a mistake, and you start again right away.

A child who can count and observe can play alone. The maze and the flood are suitable from the early elementary grades; the pipes and Sequence's memory game ask for a bit more planning.

What stays on the device

If you accept the “preferences” category in the consent window, the best results, the streak, and the last setting of each game are written to the device's browser. Nothing is sent to us. If you decline, the games work the same way and remember nothing.

To erase everything: the “Manage my choices” button at the bottom of the page, then uncheck “Preferences”.

Why there is no age gate

An age gate exists to protect adult-only content, a gambling service, or a site that collects personal information from children under 13, which the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regulates. This site is none of those. Adding a front door would add friction without protecting anything, and would suggest there is something to protect.
